When planning a trade fair which is all about to get exhibitors on different surfaces. It is therefore very important to know how much space available and how much you have used, etc.. With EWR you can via Internet check out reports on lots of different surfaces in the fair.
There are two types of reports:
- Area report shows different halls and their associated areas. For example the hall area is calculated. All block areas in a hall is calculated and the same for all stands in a hall. These calculations make it easy to overview how much space that the fair has to offer and how much is still not populated with stands.
- If a costumer wants a stand area of 30m2, but the fair only has 28m2 to offer it’s a negative difference with 2m2. In difference report this information is captured, and this gives fair a quick overview over which costumers that doesn’t get their wished area size.
